I LOVE this place. I have been coming here since they opened. The mani/pedis are incredible. I use Valerie and Long, but wouldn’t hesitate to use anyone who works here. The little extra perks they offer make coming here so worth it.

Val and Long are the perfect power duo! His pedicures are always relaxation perfection and I will not go to anyone but Val for my nails. She always manages to make them look even better than I imagine or the pictures I show her. Highly recommend these two and Ciel Nail Lounge!

Not too relaxing with news on 3 of the 5 big screen TVs....Fox News at that, and the area is not conservative and neither are most of the patrons. Found being surrounded by news anxiety inducing. As far as the service at the front desk...friendly but disorganized and awkward... No one there at first, then a woman who said hi and asked to assist me, and then a woman with a child who asked to assist me, and then another, and then I was finally set in a chair or I set for almost 15 minutes.
