It has been almost 6 months since my son has started at the academy. We have seen a steady progress in his attention span and confidence.
Fully recommend the academy. The earlier the better.
I joined championship martial arts a year ago in Adults class. When I joined I had a really low fitness where I just can't breathe properly after climbing a flight of stairs. Initially I was super shy and had my own hesitations to do forms or spar or practice self defense and kicks. Slowly, my teachers over there gave me confidence and helped me overcome my hesitations. Eventually, I started enjoying what am doing and started getting better. The best part about them is the individual focus that they give you.
