I went in to get a tattoo on a whim and after calling 5 parlors, this was the only one who said they had artists ready and to come on in. My artist was very professional and willing to discuss my design and placement with me. Love my tattoo and the service. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. All I got was a small 0.5 inch design and it was really pricey. But overall: service, cleanliness and attention to detail were great.

Went in to get my second lobe ear piercings by Joey. First off, the piercings were really really affordable! The staff was really friendly, relaxed yet professional, both my friend and I felt very comfortable. The place looked clean and tidy, and we saw them clean the stations between people. Definitely would recommend! My only thing(the reason only 4 and not 5 stars)- My piercer forgot to let me see his marks before piercing, so it caught me a bit off guard. I would have liked to have double checked before he pierced, but it worked out okay.Thank you!

Zero customer service skills. Owners are unprofessional and will talk smack about you in your presence. You can be deciding where to get it and how to get it a be paying an exaggerated amount for something simple and the owner will be complaining with another CLIENT about you. This goes to the owners: it's a tattoo, and it's for life. If whomever wants to take an extra 10 minutes to fix details, WE ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMER. Your business depends on what the client WANTS. If you want an actual parlors where artists are free to express themselves and do a good job on you, go some place else. Most UNCOMFORTABLE experience ever.
