she literally left my hair SOO short and she gave me so many random layers. I clearly asked her for long layers and she gave me something that looks like a wolf cut. I was not happy with the results and I let her know it was short and her excuse was that it was because of the layers. Yes the layers do make it shorter, but I asked for long layers so it still wasn’t supposed to be this short it literally goes higher than my shoulders. This isnt the first time that this place disappoints me and my family they always cut a lot more hair than asked for.

I asked for a long bob with curtain bangs and when I got asked for a reference photo I provided them with one that was EXACTLY what I wanted. The long bob itself was way shorter than what I had asked. The stylist excuse was that the haircut is short in the back. Which I understand it wasn’t my first time getting this type of haircut. I had asked for the shortest part to be below my shoulders and she cut above my shoulders. When it came down to my bangs I had asked for curtain bangs and I was given Chinese style bangs. Wasn’t even close to what I had asked for. When I was asked what was the length I wanted on my bangs I said below my eyebrows and the bangs I got that I did not ask for sit above my eyebrows.I got this said haircut on Saturday and just now I’m writing a review because not only did they give me something I didn’t want but the stylist left a lot of uneven noticeable long pieces of hair throughout my whole head. I went excited for a new haircut and to try a new place but left with nothing but disappointment. Save yourself the headache of trying to fix your hair because they butchered it and your money and go somewhere else.

I do not recommend this place especially when you are on a schedule. I made an appointment the first time and I waited an hour before someone did my hair then was told they can’t color because they have no time. Again i made an appointment today at 5:30 and then someone decided to call me at 6:10 and told me they close at 7 so no color can be done. This is ridiculous service and I came out of my way to be told they have no time again!!! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else

I’ve been going there for years now, this place had been great for my hair styling & cutting. The staff is very friendly & has great expertise in their work, But the prices have gone really high recently compared to other places, which would be one of the reason I would find another place for my styling.
