The owners are very involved and take great pride in delivering excellence on all levels. They are organized with their COMMUNICATION, scheduling and payments.I have never been with a personal trainer operation so organized! If you’re looking for someone to build you a roadmap for achieving your ideal body type, Dubs is your guy. With Dubs’ consultation on meal-planning and workout guidelines, I saw results 5 days after my start date. He quickly identified the mistakes I was making with my current diet and exercise habits and tweaked them to match my goals. He not only prescribed me a meal plan and workout schedule, but also continued to reach out via text to provide support and encouragement — on his own time. BaB Personal Training is excellent!
