The Animal Hospital Of Valley Ranch has been providing top-notch care for pets for years. The dedicated staff, including Dr. Chaikin, are gentle and compassionate with animals, taking the time to understand their needs and provide personalized treatment. The front desk team is also super helpful and efficient, ensuring a smooth experience for pet owners. Cocoa loves going there, and the staff is appreciated for their care. With a reputation for being in good hands, this hospital has earned the trust of its long-time clients. Getting an appointment is easy, and the doctor answers all questions. Even though it may be a bit pricier than others, many find the reasonable costs and quality of care make it well worth the extra cost. Despite some wishing for a warmer welcome, the expertise of Dr. Chaikin and his staff continues to bring families back, even from outside the area.

The costs are reasonable and it was a happy visit. I give 4 stars as I have had a warmer welcome at different vet locations with the doctor being more forthcoming with responses.
Dr. Chaiken and staff are always helpful and competent. Between me and my family he has taken care of 6 of our dogs over the years. Even though I don't live in the area anymore, I continue to take my pups there. Dr. Chaiken is not super extroverted, but he does care for the animals and has a softer side if you give him some patience. :)
This is our first time going to them for grooming. They were recommended to us by a family friend. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. Their grooming is very affordable and the groomer did a great job with our 2 dogs.
