We had issues with our freshly out of warranty dish washer, American Air & Joe were fantastic every step of the way. We ended up replacing the unit but can't speak highly enough of Joe and the team - they were flexible, incredibly transparent in their price and process. Joe to the rescue! Thanks for coming out on a holiday and pinpointing the issue quickly. I suspected the capacitor, and that’s what it was. No extra recommended service items or other BS. Also… the attic unit door wasn’t mounted properly- we had no idea- thanks Joe for taking care of that!
