We had issues with our freshly out of warranty dish washer, American Air & Joe were fantastic every step of the way. We ended up replacing the unit but can't speak highly enough of Joe and the team - they were flexible, incredibly transparent in their price and process. If you need HVAC or appliance repairs in North Texas they're your first call!

Joe to the rescue! Thanks for coming out on a holiday and pinpointing the issue quickly. I suspected the capacitor, and that’s what it was. No extra recommended service items or other BS. Also… the attic unit door wasn’t mounted properly- we had no idea- thanks Joe for taking care of that!

The tech got here at the appointed hour. He was quick to find out the problem with my air conditioning system. Once he thought the problem was fixed , he stayed a few more minutes to make sure the ac was cooling properly. Quick service. Thanks for working me in. Carol Echols
