I have been going to this laundromat close to three years now and I will not change it because the attendants Maria and Gabriela are very attentive with their customers and they keep the area very clean plus the machines are very clean. I have been going to other laundromats around Irving and they don't come close to Abuela's Laundromat in terms of cleanliness, and very helpful attendants, especially when I'm unable to go wash myself Maria or Gabriel are always there to help me, I just drop off my clothes and they will do the rest. I really recommend this laundromat that's why I'm giving it five stars, if I could give it more stars I would.
I been coming to Abuelas Lavanderia ever since I was 6 years old and will never stop coming. The place always is clean at all times. There has never been a time I have came in and it wasn’t spotless. I love the time and dedication Mary has. I been knowing her for the longest time and she is really good at her job. She is very dedicated to her job and makes sure to at all the clients get what they need. She is very quick to assist you and makes sure you get help if needed. She also makes this laundromat feel warm and cozy and feel like home. I’ve been coming to Abuela’s Lavandería for a while now, and every visit is such a great experience! The place is always spotless — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and organized. Gaby and Maria are absolutely wonderful! They’re always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure everyone has what they need. Whether it’s helping with a machine or just greeting you with a smile, they make doing laundry actually enjoyable. Highly recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-run place!
