911 Exteriors & Erik Ortiz did an amazing job from start to finish. The team was able to turn a full denial into a full replacement including interior work being done. Communication was great and the quality of the work is amazing. They did an awesome job of cleaning up. We are so grateful and excited to have our new roof and highly recommend them to any one needing a replacement or any of their services. They saved our asses!

Hey Axzel was a great contractor very communicative and stayed on top of the claim He guided us from point A to Z through the whole process and always kept us updated on what was happening and when it was happening He did a really good job He came to our house and put up a tarp when we signed up Very professional and educated We will definitely recommend him

Axle was excellent. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The workers were also highly professional and ensured that everything, including my pool, was thoroughly cleaned. Kimberly who is the customer care associate has been very caring and ensured that I was satisfied with the work. She is very polite and professional and has also kept me informed of the work they were doing. I was very impressed with the level of care they provided.I highly recommend them. They are a great company and fought effectively with my insurance company to secure the necessary funds for repairing my roof and shed. Without a doubt, they are the best roofing company.

911 Exteriors did an excellent job, the office staff and team were all excellent and super professional. Initially the claim was not approved yet 911 exteriors went above and beyond to get the roof approved. They made it a very hands free process. The quality of the material was excellent I was upgraded from 3 tab to Class 4 GAF UHDZ Shingles .
Erik Ortiz and 911 Exteriors did amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement

Had a great experience with Erik Ortiz and 911 Exteriors getting a new roof, gutters, Chimney Cap, and interior work. We were able to file a claim through my insurance and get it all approved. The insurance company did reject the claim and first but Erik was able to get a re inspection and get it approved. Roof came out great along with all the other work.
