7Day Massage, located in Irving, TX, offers a variety of massages including Asian, Relaxing, Swedish, Thai, Hot Stone, Medical, and Massage Therapy. The spa is dedicated to providing quality relaxation at an affordable price, with customer satisfaction being its top priority.
Upon visiting the spa, one customer expressed their appreciation for the 90-minute massage they received, which helped alleviate tension in their neck and lower back. They also enjoyed a scalp massage, leaving the spa feeling great and with no tension.
The facility is well-maintained and clean. However, one customer had a different experience regarding payment. During a previous visit, when paying cash, the customer was not given the correct change back, but instead, it was assumed as a tip. Although the massage was great, the customer felt uncomfortable and decided to pay with a card during their next visit.
Unfortunately, during their second visit, the spa did not accept Apple Pay, and the customer had to withdraw cash from the bank. They brought extra cash and told the receptionist to keep the change as a tip. However, on their way out, the receptionist asked for an additional tip, making the customer feel uncomfortable as they had already tipped.
Despite the payment issue, another customer highly recommends 7Day Massage, praising the masseuses for remembering their name and taking good care of them. They left the spa feeling healed, rested, and rejuvenated, making it their go-to massage place in the DFW area.
Overall, 7Day Massage offers a range of massage services, aiming to provide quality relaxation and customer satisfaction, but some customers have experienced discomfort regarding payment procedures.
I started working out about two months ago, and I was extremely sore and hadn't been properly recovering. Besides stretching, my body was aching almost every day. I asked for a deep tissue massage, and she got me all right. I absolutely feel better this morning than I did every morning the past two weeks.
Great massage ever. Tina is an incredibly skilled and professional massage therapist. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during the session that, even though I tried to stay awake, I realized I was snoring! The whole experience left me feeling refreshed and cared for. Truly an outstanding massage. Great customer service, friendly manager. They make you feel so welcomed. I definitely go back there and recommending whoever reads my review to try. You deserve it.
no doubt the best massage I've ever had. Nisa was simply amazing, a truly gifted healer. I almost started crying. I booked an hour and upgraded to 90 minutes halfway through. don't miss out.
