The service was fantastic! We had just purchase our 120 year historic home and wanted all five fireplaces cleaned and inspected. The job was much bigger than expected due to many years of birds nesting. The tech even came back on his day off to finish up the job instead of waiting till Monday. I highly recommend their team!
We were very pleased with the experience we had with 1st Choice Residential for the inspection of our fireplace and the cleaning out our dryer vent. The tech was friendly, professional, and on time. We will definitely hire 1st Choice again in the future.
Scott the technician did an incredibly thorough job of disassembling the inner grill works and. Restoring their original luster. He power washed the surface area around the grill as well as the surrounding deck. Excellent job, I highly recommend this form and this technician.
