These guys were great. After the flood in the area, I had to figure out how to get my well house back going since it flooded. Their business also had flooded but they walked me through how to check things over the phone. A few weeks later they came and installed a water softer for me. Extremely clean and nice looking install with great customer service. Highly recommend these guys.
A company that actually calls you back, cares about their customers, provides excellent customer service, and leaves a job site clean… We have been blessed to be customers of Vlasek for many years. Through the recent drought, our well went dry and Vlasek worked tirelessly to restore our service…they delivered water for our auxiliary tank in the dead of night so that our family would not go without basic necessities. These folks have sacrificed time with their families and worked to restore service for us on holidays, weekends and through all sorts of weather. They have a don’t give up attitude when it comes to diagnosing issues, no matter how many conversations need to be had, tests need to be done, parts replaced or trips they must take to get to the root of a problem. Highly recommend!
I CANNOT stress enough how amazing Chris is! We had air in our lines bad bad and he came and stayed until almost 10pm with my husband getting the air out and fixing the issue! I recommend this company 10000%! Don’t call anyone else, call Vlasek Pump ONLY!!!!
