My sister and I have a 2 story house and we don't agree on the same temperature settings. I called 72 Degrees as we have used them in them in the past. They immediately came out and looked our house over and gave me 3 options, which I took the 3rd option, to get a Mitsubishi Unit installed in my bedroom.WOW! What a difference. The men came out and in 1.5 days my life was changed. I now can have any temperature I want and it is completely silent!! The men did a great job and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. They were so professional and cleaned up my bedroom after they were finished. I am so happy!
72 Degrees Service tech, David G., came out to check out one of our mini-splits. David, just as all the service techs for 72 Degrees we have dealt with, was on time, respectful, very knowledgeable, patient and eager to share his experience with the unit.
