Went to VAAC to ask questions about unit someone installed. Was met by Shannon and he answered a couple questions I had. Good guy, professional and helped me out. Even though it is some kind of foreign crap someone else installed. Even followed up to see if he could be of assistance. Great guy to do business with.

VAAC came to our home due to Builder request (install fridge trim). However it was so much more. They answered all our questions even the ones they were are there for. They were so kind, polite and helpful we hired them to install a mini-split (AC) and do some other work. You Guys are great keep it up.

I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Texas heat is no joke and although they had appointments all day they made time to run by and fixed my AC outage issue in minutes! They also taught me how to properly maintain my unit through out the year. Thank you guys for saving me from being a hot tamale this Summer! If you are looking for a good Appliance and AC company this is the one you should contact first hands down.
