My oldest has been training at Pragma for almost 3 years now and my youngest has started Jiu Jitsu in the last few months. This has become 100% our second family. They have gained confidence, strength, friendships. I am forever grateful to professor Daniel and every coach at Pragma and the impact they have had on my children’s life.

My daughter started Pragma Jiu Jitsu a few months ago and absolutely loves it. Professor Daniel is an outstanding instructor, patient, knowledgeable, and fantastic with kids. We’ve tried multiple youth activities in the Pflugerville/North Round Rock area, and the quality of instruction here is easily the best.
The gym is spotless, legit immaculate (my wife is jealous because our house could never be this clean). I’ve also started taking the adult morning classes, and they’re both challenging and a lot of fun. Great atmosphere, great coaching, highly recommend for kids and adults alike.
