Edit: The owner called me same day and immediately took action to make the situation right which I greatly appreciated . She came in early just to make time to cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. You can tell she really cares about her business and that meant a lot .
I scheduled over the phone 2 weeks in advance to get a color and cut. I’m pregnant and will be giving birth soon . As a first time mom, I wanted to prioritize my time as becoming a mother so my priority was a cut .
