Terrible! Came in with my grandson (his parents are out of town) with a suspected infection. I have an email stating I have full permission to get him care at urgent care, along with photos of his parents IDs and insurance cards. They still refused to see us. They said they didn’t have an email that I could send the email to. Then when we left they were laughing at us on the way out. Your kids are not safe here. Even with requires legal documentation they would rather risk a child’s health instead of accept legal docs from mom and dad with full permission to seek medical care. I had all my identifications as well. These people are hateful, rude and do not have anyone’s best interest at heart. They need to be reported to the medical board.

I got charged $300 later. I find it difficult to understand how such an important diagnosis could have been left undocumented when treatment and prescription medication were clearly provided for my condition. This error has directly affected my insurance coverage and resulted in unnecessary financial burden.

This place is awesome. They got me in last minute. When I showed up the lady at the front was so helpful and polite got me right in. I wish I would have payed attention and got her name but I was not feeling the best. I saw Rosemary and she was the best. Very professional and friendly. She does great at communicating with the patient and addressing your concerns And makes you fell like she has always know you. I was already feeling better by the time I left. Thanks

Love this clinic! ☺ Jessica Greene is so Amazing, she is truly what to look for in a provider. Every appointment i’ve had she listens to my concerns and helps. Her Medical Assistant is very professional and always has a positive attitude. Zerah at front desk is also incredible she was so patient helping me schedule future appointments and work notes. Overall staff and clinic is the best, would definitely recommend!

Walked in to make an appointment for my grandmother who was with me, and the front desk woman was very rude and passive aggressive. She told me she had no time to help me create my grandmother’s new patient appointment because her “lobby is full of people trying to check in” but there was literally only two people in the lobby and they were already sitting down all checked in. Just handed me a card, told me to call the number, and just fully dismissed us. I was told that I can walk in to the clinic to make an appointment but I guess that’s not the case with the BSW Hutto Clinic.

Came in to get labs done after verifying with the scheduler that they would accept me today. The lady at the counter told me that they won’t do my lab work that I have to go to the Round Rock location. After speaking with the Round Rock location, they informed me that Hutto could do it as well, but they would gladly take care of me.

Was told over the phone by operator I could walk-in to clinic. And my husband was able to do so last year when he was sick. So when I tried to do so they immediately said no to any walk-ins stating they did not do that. Very rude people and it looks like the BSW operator and location do not communicate properly. Do not go to this location they are not helpful at all. Other clinics have always been super helpful but not the Hutto clinic.
