This is my third project with Mark Lauper at 50 Floor—first my home, then my rental house, and now completing the remaining floors at my residence. Mark is consistently responsive, transparent on options and pricing, and excellent at coordinating the install team. The workmanship has been top-notch on every job, timelines were met, and the crew left the spaces cleaner than they found them. It’s rare to find this level of consistency across multiple projects. Five stars without hesitation.
I requested an estimate to replace flooring in our home and Freddie Cantu, their home flooring specislist, was fabulous! He gave us extemely complete,detailed and personalized service, going over all the options, recommendations, and strengths or weaknesses of each one. I really appreciated his insights, and his empathy with what we needed for our home. I would recommend his and 50Floor to anyone wanting a fair, complete estimate.
I can’t say enough about the service I got from 50 floors. Kept me up-to-date on when materials arrived, when installation was going to be and let me know in advanced if anything changed.
