There are two companies at the same address, so please confirm you are heading to the correct one. NDS is the building with the fence, and their office is the second one at the very end of the building. It’s a smooth and convenient place for pickup—they don’t require an appointment unless you’re specifically scheduled for one. The lady at the office is very kind and helpful, providing the dock door immediately. Easy in and out. Just slide the tandems back, secure with two straps, and you’re good to go.
