The day we discovered our water leak and mold we called Scott Larriviere with United Cleaning & Emergency Restoration and he was literally at our house within hours – he came out that evening and got started with the mitigation process immediately. When he heard that our insurance adjuster was coming out the next morning, he offered to come back out and meet him. Because he was able to explain everything to the adjuster, that really simplified everything for us! They began work immediately and were very considerate and professional through the whole process, always letting us know when they’d be coming back and they were amazing about cleaning up after themselves at all times. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
