Went to the salon for the first time, I was very nervous as I saw the reviews. However I booked with Cici & she was amazing. She was very down to earth & easy to talk to. My hair turned out great, I got a haircut, color & tinsel. I would definitely recommend booking with her.
I was unsure of what brand and shade I needed, but Courtney was a huge help! She found what I was looking for and when that brand didn't work she recommended another. Which worked out perfectly! Also, the cashier (I forgot to ask her name) was very pleasant and helped me update my information so I could get my Ulta Points ! Overall very pleasant experience. I visited 2/26/26 at around 7:30 PM the cashier was wearing a pink sweater. Just want to make sure she sees this too.i will definitely return to this location. I work in Retail Management and those two associates, customer service was absolutely amazing. Thank you!
