A few months overdue on this, but my experience with TX Energy Concepts was very positive. I had old, leaking, builder grade windows in my home that were likely leading to other drywall issues. Needed fixing ASAP. Alan and the crew were very respectful. No hard selling and everyone was on time and flexible with my schedule. Everything was left as clean as it could be (my old windows had a lot of dust and debris in frames). So far made it through a freeze and some nasty storms and haven't had any issues. These guys did a great job, had all windows replaced on the house, 30 of them, some large some small, pricing was right where it needed to be, highly recommend these guys, Dustin and his crew did great installing and clean up and Alan was great on the front end with sales and explanation, would use them again when the time comes on a different house.

I saw all good reviews I was impressed with the information provided at consultation. Clearly these people were not the least expensive but I was willing to pay more for a good quality product and good service . We had six new windows installed. The caulking job done around the windows inside was horrible they were big gaps. One guy came back snd redid them and I still had to go back over it and redo them. They knocked a big chunk of brick off the back of my house and and tore up part of my trim that had to be replaced on the outside of the house. The first attempt to fix my brick was a fail so somebody else came back to fix it. Good thing I had extra brick or I'm... read full review
