I hired Mosquito Squad hoping to finally enjoy my backyard, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The initial sales pitch was convincing, promising a mosquito-free environment. However, the results were far from what I expected. After the first treatment, I noticed a slight reduction in mosquitoes, but it didn't last. Within days, they were back, and just as annoying as before.
I contacted customer service multiple times to complain. Each time, they offered to re-spray, but the follow-up treatments were equally ineffective. It felt like they were just going through the motions without actually solving the problem. The technicians seemed rushed and didn't pay much attention to detail. I even pointed out specific areas where mosquitoes were breeding, but nothing changed.
To make matters worse, the customer service was a nightmare to deal with. Long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a general lack of concern for my issues made the whole experience incredibly frustrating. I ended up canceling my service and switching to a different company that actually delivered on its promises. Mosquito Squad was a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for effective mosquito control.

Very effective where treatment was applied. Follow up treatment days later when mosquitoes appeared in large numbers.

Was leaving to run errands and met my Mosquito Squad guy coming up the driveway returning my trash can from the street. I am so happy we chose to call Mosquito Squad! No mosquitos and a great staff!

The service personnel are fantastic!
The treatment was completed in record time .it's been a few days since the service and there has been a reduction in mosquito bites although not completely reduced. I'll wait another week for final judgment.
