They have adult classes. You will not be put into a class with a bunch of teenagers.
If you are an adult and want to start learning, this is the place. Very respectful and willing to work at your pace.

Master Valdez and his team are amazing with my son. They are very accommodating and are always willing to work with your schedule. They make sure to hold him accountable and ensures he always has a good time when he's there. I recommend Excel Academy to anyone who wants the kids to have fun and get some discipline at the same time. 👍👍👍👍
I took my kids to several different gyms in the area, and everyone (especially the kids) were unanimous in choosing Excel Academy. The level of energy is just completely different here.
