Noticed we had a leak in our yard, so I called Dr. Plumber since they're located relatively nearby. After getting in contact, I explained the situation and was able to easily set up an appointment. Mike punctually arrived and assessed the problem area. Fortunately, he was able to find the exact location of the leak after some digging. He kindly explained how he planned to fix it and gave nice cost and time estimates. In good time, Mike finished fixing the leak, and a week later, it seems to be solid work. They all were nice and patient with me, and I'm happy with the service Dr. Plumber provided.
I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s, Including installation. Dr Plumber sent Rick M to install a dishwasher. Rick did a great job, he picked up and delivered the item on time, efficient, a great communicator, professional, friendly, and cleaned up the work area. I couldn’t be happier with the job performed. I would highly recommend Dr Plumber for your plumbing needs, and I will definitely use them again. Thanks Rick!
I don’t usually write reviews, but Mike and Melissa both helped so much. I had other companies come out and recommend excess damage or crazy quotes. Very transparent and very honest.
