So grateful for All American Door! Our garage door broke. First thing in the morning. On Christmas Eve. They were hear within an hour of opening and got us all fixed up. We have been using them for years because of the dependable work, trustworthiness, and great customer service.
I called a different company 1st. I still haven't heard back from them. So, I called All American Door from a Facebook recommendation. It was at the end of day on Tuesday, and they came on Wednesday right when they said they would be here. The tech re-did the guide wires and the door is working better than it has in years. Definitely a 5 star job!!
The overhead door mechanism made several clicking sounds and ran rough when the rollers traveled through the track. Service tech Uriel made several adjustments, lubed the mechanism in several places, tuned and checked the motor. He also removed a piece of wood trim that compromised smooth operation of the door. Uriel reported that if left operating without this service, the door would have eventually become dislodged from the track and fallen on our cars. Uriel was very professional and knowledgeable, and he texted before he arrived. This minor and inexpensive repair saved us a future major headache and large repair bill. I highly recommend All American Door.
