After seeing all of the videos & before and after pics (loved the energy and sense of humor of the staff) I was sold!! I initially went in to get a part of my lip dissolved there was a little migration around an old scar on the inside of my lip. Stacy made sure the thoroughly explain not only the process, but also the pros and cons of dissolving another part of my lip that really wasn’t noticeable (so glad she explained this to me!) immediately afterwards I noticed a difference and now 3 days later it looks perfect! Over the past 4 years, Stacy, Dawn, Nya, and Shanna have completely transformed my skin journey. The knowledge, care, and guidance they’ve given me has truly been life changing. I used to struggle with severe cystic acne, and thanks to them, I no longer deal with those painful flare-ups.
Now we’re focused on improving the texture and scarring from years of acne damage, and I continue to see progress. I honestly wish I would have found them 10 years ago. These ladies genuinely care, have your back every step of the way, and will help you reach your skincare goals. I can’t recommend them enough!

I began using AlecXander Medical Spa when my son was getting married so I wanted to refresh my face/skin since I had just turned 50. By the wedding a few months later I was looking more like 40! I couldn’t feel better about recommending Stacy or Shanna. I now have my sister and daughter using them. Do yourself a favor book now & you’ll thank me later, I promise.
