AA Massage is a business that offers massage services. At their grand opening, customers have reported receiving excellent and professional massages, with some even calling it the "best massage in town." The massages are said to last the full length of time, and the use of hot oil and hot stones during the massage has been noted as exceptional.
The receptionist at AA Massage has been described as not being particularly helpful or informative over the phone, and being dismissive when it comes to scheduling. However, the masseuses have been praised for their respect, sanitation, and consideration during the massage. The massage oil used at the business has also been noted as smelling amazing.
There have been some issues with the business's website, as it states that new cash-paying clients can receive $10 off, but the business has been reported as not wanting to honor this discount. Additionally, there have been some complaints about being charged for extra time not agreed upon, and insistence on cash tips.
Overall, AA Massage is described as a nice older business, with some customers planning to return, while others have expressed that they will not be coming back due to their experiences with the receptionist and billing issues. The business appears to have had few clients recently.
Lisa was my masseuse. She was excellent and very professional. The 90 minute massage lasted the entire 90 minutes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, and this isn't her fault partially, is because she left the room without saying anything and came back and started placing hot oil on my back region and hot stones after that. By the way, the free hotboil and hotstones made the experience exceptional.definately will be back
The female receptionist is the only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars. Both times I spoke to her over the phone she wasn’t helpful or informative when it came to fulfilling services. She was dismissive and unwilling when it came to scheduling. The guy with the glasses did a more than an excellent job. He was respectful, sanitary, and considerate the entire time. It’s a nice little place and their massage oil smells amazing. Pretty ok for a family business as well.
Nice but older business. The website is misleading, says they give $10 off to new cash paying clients but do not want to honer it. The masseuse was nice. I fell asleep. At the end she wanted to charge me for another half hour. She told me one price then came back and told me it would be more so I declined. I asked if I could write the tip amount on my receipt but she insisted on cash. So I gave her what I had. Then she wanted to run my card for more. I refused but thanked her for her time and left the cash tip. There was absolutely no one there and it looked like they had not had any clients for a long time. So honestly, I don't know why they were complaining and trying… read full review
