Went there as a walk-in for a wash, haircut and blow dry. Must say I was pleasantly impressed by the young staff!!! Will definitely go back there! Very friendly and professional!

Well.... I went in with my hair clean, styled and wanted a trim explained that I was working on growing it a pixie bob and that I didn't want any length off just to trim it up and clean up the edges. She sprayed some shine spray to help "manage". Fine I get that and proceeded to cut my hair dry.... I'm okay with that so she can see where it lays and falls... half way through I started to get a little nervous but was trusting the process. Needless to say the more I looked in the mirror on the way home I saw more and more and washed it and let's say there were tears shed. I messaged my boss telling her I was wearing a hat to work.... Overall did not feel welcome in this establishment after my last visit. Things were said by the older stylist that did not make me comfortable and were disrespectful. Will not be spending my money here anymore.
