I just want to start by saying we called rainbow international of Conroe and Huntsville for water remediation and mold removal. Ryan and his crew were very thorough and professional. They had all the electronic tools they needed to pick up moisture where ever my floors and walls were wet. I didn’t even realize my cabinets were wet also. And since my house was built in 1978 they did a test and found lead paint in my house. I was totally shocked to find that out. and not only that they took samples to check for asbestos. Nick followed up on the first review edit and was very concerned about the referral problem. I was pleased with the conversation and do hope they stop referring KBI and Kenneth in the future. Again, we were happy with the work Rainbow did initially.

removal of two stars for a bogus referral. We were led to belive that a contractor, Kenneth with KBI, was part of Rainbow and was going to be doing the repair and remodeling work. Unfortunately, Kenneth is a crook and took our money without completing the work. We had to hassle him for weeks to even get our cabinet back.
