North Lakes Pain Consultants provides excellent care. The staff is courteous, kind, caring, friendly, patient, and efficient. The office is very clean. Wait times are short, typically under 15 minutes. The doctors are described as awesome and every doctor should be this good. They are also helpful and informative, working to support patients. Overall, it is a wonderful practice with great customer service.

Dr. Williamson has been my pain management doctor for 10 years. He's been by my side at every turn dealing with a painful chronic illness. His bedside manner is unmatched. Thank you for being my doctor.

Great experience with Dr. Simms and friendly staff. However, their phone system is just awful. Trying to pay my bill over the phone instead of online is absolutely impossible. Their answering system is too long and repeats the same loop when pushing 8 to pay your bill.

Dr Sims and Marisa at North Lakes Pain Consultants is the absolute best on earth! They and their staff treat their patients like family, respond that they love me, give hugs, and beyond that, the care I've received has been the very best. I've had other pain doctors from here to Anchorage, Alaska and none compared to any of the others.
