“My husband and I both went to this dental office. We are senior citizens. We were asked to pay in advance prior to receiving payment from dental insurance. We overpaid by $485. This was in January 2024. We have not received a response from the dental office after numerous phone calls and letters. We have filed a complaint with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. I would strongly suggest you not go to this dental office.“

Each visit has been progressively better and yesterday was the first time in 40 years she didn't cry before or after. The level of Care and Professionalism are really unmatched which includes every person in Dr. Rathke's office. If I ever moved from Texas ( unlikely ) I would still come back to Huntsville for dental care. He even does a great job with a retired physician that talks too much during a visit.?“
