I got my very first tattoo here about 2 months ago and I was so scared but, Izzy, really made me feel at ease and comfortable with the entire experience. I was so scared but she was very patient with me and all my questions. She even let me watch her do my friends tattoos. She kept checking on me to make sure I was okay and she did an amazing job with it. I couldn't have asked for a better first tattoo experience. I also got my nose pierced here last month and I don;t remember the woman's name who did it, but she was so quick and patient with me too. I barely felt it. Didn't even take 2 minutes and I was done. I went with a friend this past Friday for her birthday to get facial piercings and the piercers (Izzy and Keaton) were so polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
