Mei's Cuts in Riverside Tx is truly The place to go for an exceptional haircut experience. Mei is an extraordinary 'people person'; the likes inwhich our planet so desperately needs. She seems like she's has never met a stranger, very welcoming, and makes you feel very much at home. Also the haircut is first rate coupled with a neck and shoulder massage at the end. Before you leave the shop there is a good chance that she'll give you a great hug before you're on you way to points unknown. I'll always go back there for my haircut and her special personality...she's a Treasure!

Have to admit I had just come from another shop who literally did a horrible breathtaking job that left me desilusione and feeling insecure and left me walking out of there looking like a bum and still had the audacity to charge $ 30 !!!! Bet they won’t ever get my services again . This where house of kuts comes in , I went in there practically crying feeling devastated and definitely looking the part !! And was attended by this amazing young woman named Lilly and was offered an incredible service that had me waking out of there feeling like Julio iglesias !!!! lol thank u so much lily u have no idea the sigh of relief that my body gave after seeing that amazing job u did on my hair .so definitely going again to house of kuts I had I wonderful experience and the talent is through the roof !!! Anybody can mess up somebody hair but not just anybody can turn that mess into something good and Lilly definitely did the unthinkable !!!! Respect and admiration , definitely going back“

I pointed to my temple and the young man immediately knew what I was saying. He took over from there, shaved my husband and cut his hair. He felt like a million bucks! “Stevie and Pen are amazing at cutting hair.
One important thing though, I scheduled an appointment to get my haircut, arrived on time, and another gentleman came in 10 or 15 minutes after me (with no appointment) and the lady I had scheduled my haircut with completely skip to me in favor of the gentleman who did a walk-in. This was extremely frustrating because the line was so long to even schedule an appointment that day.
I understand people might like some clients more than others because they tip well or they know them, but that's never excuse to skip someone in line.“
