The staff is good. It is the unnecessary issues with the app, how I have to call and wait for them to mail me my pets records as if I need permission. It’s the issue I continue to have with my email & phone number. The issue that the vaccine records are not up to date in the app. The issue of changing my email address several times yet when coming online to obtain information I’m denied because the system does t acknowledge my information. This is why I rate Petco a 3
Tech was helpful and patient with our Thunder. Dr. Feder was beyond amazing! She listened to our concerns and was very informative. I did not feel rushed like at most vet visits. Bethany at the front was sweet and had a smile on her face from the moment we checked in. Will be returning to this location.
I came in because my dog had broken his paw and the splint came off. I needed the splint replaced. Dr. Feder and her staff were excellent and splinted him super fast with minimal noise from him.
