The tech arrived when he said he would. He did a thorough examination of my A/C system. He took the time to explain my options for repair and the pros and cons. I liked most that they didn't use high pressure sales tactics to upsell equipment or services I didn''t need. Bottom line, I'm going to make this my annual A/C service company. Professional staff and competitive pricing. I'm highly satisfied with the work that was done.
