We were a walkin here after coming from urgent care for kids in humble. We had a horrible experience over at urgent care for kids and left with questions and feeling of misinformation. We realized we were misdiagnosed which is scary considering they prescribed my 11 month old medicine for something she didn't even have.
After coming here to Texas Childrens we were extremely happy with our visit from the wait time to the front desk and receiving the right diagnosis. We were able to get all of our questions answered, we werent rushed, and we felt heard when it came to our concerns.

I’ve had to visit this location twice within the past two weeks, and both experiences have been great. The lady that does check-ins is very kind and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
The first visit had about a 20-minute wait, and the second was closer to an hour, which is understandable since these are walk-in appointments. Despite the wait, both times my son was seen and received the care and relief he needed, which means everything to me as a mom.
Dr. Martin and Dr. Lazo were both excellent—attentive, professional, and reassuring.

I loved visiting this place, I know my child is in good hands and staff goes beyond , Stephanie was so nice , she really took the time to listen to all my son’s concerns , my waiting time was really good , you definitely want to schedule an appointment ahead on the app , it’s saves you time and from a bad experience , doctors are very knowledgeable.Dr. Gutierrez was fantastic.
