We have had our system for over 2 years. Billie Mitchell is our technician and he gets a 5 STAR rating. Not only does he have an excellent customer service attitude but he is thorough and knowledgeable. He always goes the extra mile if I have a need or concern. Recently I thanked him for his service and his comment was, “my pleasure, I love my job!” How many people respond these days with “I love my job!”? I hope that Billie continues as our technician for years to come. He is the best!
