I’m customer that they went out of there way for living in memphis tn. They installed quick gave excellent suggestions. Sprays on time. The Greatest thing is maintaining the system. Customer service is awesome. Wish they were based out of my state. I told all my friends and they were amazed. Haven’t had a mosquito all summer! I recommend them! Best company!

I will start with the system has worked ok. I have been over billed by well in access of $1600 over past two years. I spoken with lady and sent her all the info and she tells me she will get back to me when she gets back in town. This was year and a half a go. No refund nor response. Ive been billed by two separate divisions of their company. Dallas mosquito and Texan. I finally had to stop debts from coming out of my account. I get a call wanting their money. I told them of all that has transpired. No worries we will take care of it. No call back no refund. This company is a total disaster. They were really good at coming out to give a quote. They installed the system but it does not spray. At all. I was told over the phone that it was not spraying because I had not paid for the install. So I paid in full … and it still does not spray. Multiple people at the company have told me that other people will call me soon to fix the issue and that still has not happened. Crickets. I just want them to come out and take their defective system away and give me a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
