This company is horrible. Not only are they extremely non responsive I have been waiting for just 1 signature so I can pass my final and be done with them. I would never do business with this company again. This is the second house I have done with Moises Zamora and he has still not even provided the invoices for the work he has already been paid for. I will take all those checks and report him to the IRS. If I were you I would save myself a headache and hire a real professional AC company that will work for you in a professional manner. AVOID THIS COMPANY and more importantly avoid Moises Zamora. Save yourself

A one star rating is too good for this company. I would give them a negative score if i could to be honest. Tex Star installed an AC unit into a brand new business location in June of 2018,”. By September the system has already gone out. We called them to get our unit repaired under their guaranteed warranty. They promised that they would be out to us by 4pm the same day. By 5 they hadn’t shown. Every time we called back they said they would be there in 30 minutes and that they were late due to traffic.
