Tried to tell me I had to get powder. I did not want and do not like powder. Left a lot of old color behind. The man didn't have the skill to do the simple deep crescent tips I prefer and tried to tell me that it's not possible due to length. Nevermind that it's my go to style and my nails are typically shorter. They charged the lady in front of me 20 dollars for the same service I received yet mine was 40. I've never had a nail tech so blatantly lie to my face and disregard my desires. Will not go back.

It is ok, the staff was nice and the pedicure felt good. Reason for the 3 star, not like most places we go with their grooming tools. Usually, the tools are in sealed bags and opened right before using. These weren't and were washed off in the water and placed in the drawer. Maybe they are sanitized after the pedicures and returned to the drawers.. but, made us wonder. ?
