Dr Debbie and staff are amazing. We absolutely love coming here. Everything is thorough. Well explained you leave the office understanding and you never feel rushed amazing bedside manner from the nursing staff as well as the doctors. So glad we found this place. Definitely a diamond in the rough.
I enjoy going to NPCA. The staff is super friendly , attentive and caring. Nelda is amazing. She treats her patience with dignity, respect and kindness. Debbie really listens to her patients to get a clear picture of what’s going on with them. Yet she is direct with her treatments and education of what’s going on to make sure her patients have a clear understanding of their diagnosis , treatment and plan of action. Overall staff is five star and I wouldn’t want to go to any other doctors office.
My experience at Northeast Primary Care Associates is always pleasant, everyone is very helpful and friendly. They don’t hesitate to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. I can always get in and out of this office in a reasonable amount of time, if I have to wait, I never have to wait very long. I would highly recommend Northeast Primary Care Associates.
