Okay… my apologies to the owner of this salon but this needed to be said and posted. I showed the pic w the blonde haired girl as an inspo. Never ONCE did I say I wanted layers, and short to my neck . I understand that in the picture the hair is styled, that is very much so correct but as a hair stylist I believe you should know how exactly to cut hair right and have a vision on how the cut would go if it was not styled. I literally balled my eyes out while there and after I left , kindly the owner did not have me pay bc she said it was fine bc i was fondly upset, which I did appreciate for taking my feelings into consideration. I went in with hair length past my shoulder and it was left above my neck … I did not ask for it to be this short , nor did I ask for layers. I’m the kind to trust the process but this time I def learned my lesson. Yes I was offered to go back to try to get all of the chopped hair fixed but unfortunately I truly think that would have left my hair beyond short than what I have. I have thick hair so this chopped botched cut makes my hair look disgusting… it is layered terrible for one and two it’s just a bad job all together. The customer service here was 0/10 the lady who cut my hair was beyond rude and disrespectful literally asked if I was depressed … all bc I was crying! And on top of that made me feel like crap saying that I was crying bc I did not want to pay, it was not that at all !! My bank does not partner w Zelle and that is the only form of payment they accept so pls go prepared if you plan on going here… I was balling bc I was left with a cut that looks like a 2 year old did it. I specifically asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulder .. not to my neck. I did not want to leave a negative review but my experience was negative and mind you I have gone here in the past but this time reminded me the reason on why I stopped. So please be mindful of your clients and have a better attitude towards them as well.

I stopped in because I needed a color correction from a previous bad job from a different place/ and person. Hayssel was super sweet and professional, not to mention she was very knowledgeable with her hair colors and product. I decided to give her the opportunity. I am extremely happy I did! Hayssel exceeded my expectations. I love the outcome result. Thank you Hayssel.

Good simple work but $65 for wash+blow dry?? Worse than NYC/Monaco/Paris and this is the airport area in Houston. Do not recommend
