I've been coming to Luxury Braids for several years now. Nabu is the owner & I've never met the most kind warm hearted person in my life. She treats every customer like family. The more I come our friendship just grows & I love her dearly. She's so sweet & will help out anyone. I absolutely love the way she braids my hair. The other ladies in her shop is a delight to go to also very friendly but I just built such an amazing relationship with Nabu. If you want amazing braids Luxury Braids is definitely the place to come to!!!!

I have been visiting Luxury braiding for over a year now, and every single experience has been very pleasant. I am NOT a big fan of waiting, but here…timing has never been an issue. As difficult as kids can be, specially when getting their hair done; they also do an incredible job with my 6 year old daughter. The ladies are very professional, kind and patient. I’ll highly recommend their service. 👌

made an appointment early in the morning and didn’t get started until 3 and a half hours later. even though i had an appointment, another lady took a client who came in after me. i been a regular client for a while and recently, they’ve been showing up late and this is the second time this has happened to me. the lady doing my hair was very rough on my natural hair and was talking loud in my ear and spitting on me. she also kept stalling and getting on her phone which was really irritating. probably my sign to stop coming here.very disappointing.

Today, I had my first visit to Luxury African Hair Braiding, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Nabu, who attended to me… along with her niece was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was impressed that I was able to secure an appointment on the same day I called, which was a huge plus.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Nabu ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire process and gave me the exact style I requested. Her politeness and attention to detail really stood out, making the entire experience enjoyable.
The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided, and I truly felt like the "Luxury" in the name was well-deserved. I will definitely be returning and recommend this place to anyone in need of professional hair braiding services. Five stars for excellent service and delivering exactly what I asked for!
