Lotus Nail & Day Spa

One of the ladies who did my shape and paint job was nice, but this other lady who came to do my “design” wasn’t as friendly and didn’t do so much of a great job. She acted like she ain’t want me to look at my own nails and was trying to force my hand under the lamp. Like I’m paying for this, I deserve to know if I like it or not. Won’t be back.

Literally just left, Although the customer service was ok. The quality of nails is horrible.. I will wear these for a few days until my original nail lady come back but I honesty didn’t have the energy to keep telling the lady to fix my nail. Each nail has a different shape smh… I won’t be back…

Chi is very good I love how she is a perfectionist and takes her time. Chi is very nice and polite I recommend Lotus Nails & Day Spa
