Jonathan is exceptionally professional and I appreciated that he took the time to explain the process in detail and reviewed my insurance options with me. I also appreciated his transparency on the pros and cons of fixing the damage vs. fully replacing the roof. Lastly, the day of repairs, there was some inclement weather and Jonathan provided frequent updates on the status of the crew in relation to the weather, ensuring his team's safety was prioritized first.
