I contacted K & J Integrity Roofing and was put in touch with Kristan, their project manager in this matter. She came out the next day to survey the damage and other issues to be addressed across the entire roof system. Kristan is very knowledgeable about roofing and was a pleasure to work with. K & J Roofing recently replaced my roof, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kristan was an absolute joy to work with—professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
One of the most impressive parts of the experience was how she handled the insurance claim. My insurance company initially denied the roof replacement, but Kristan worked directly with them and stayed on top of the process until the claim was ultimately approved and covered.
