I wish I caught his name but I totally forgot, but honestly 10/10 service. Really improved pretty bad morning and experience by going above and beyond to help me out after a collision.

I had a great experience with Humble Towing. They helped get my car safely off the freeway and towed it from Kingwood to my dealership in SW Houston, which was a huge relief. Mr. Ortiz was professional and even followed up to let me know once my car was dropped off. Pricing was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

very nice owners and workers inside but their drivers are absolutely terrible and drive crazy on the roads. There was 3 of them following each other and I watched them almost crash into 2 different cars and they were driving extremely close behind cars until they would get mad and swerve around them using the middle lane
