HOTWORX - Atascocita, TX - Lake Houston

HOTWORX - Atascocita, TX (Lake Houston) is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering a variety of virtually instructed sauna workouts. Members can choose from 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training sessions or 30-minute isometric workouts, including Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Barre, Hot Core, Hot Cycle, and Hot Blast. The studio provides a small, heated space for each workout, accommodating up to three people. The temperature can be adjusted by members inside or outside the studio. A special yoga mat is required for the workouts, but rentals are available. In addition to the heated classes, HOTWORX has a Functional Exercise Area with free weights, bands, ropes, and more.
