Chief Master Henderson does an amazing job teaching jiu-jitsu. He is very professional, caring and has a wealth of knowledge in martial arts.

Our kid has only had his first class, but I just wanted to say how nice everyone has been. From the teachers, who are patient with the kids, to the kids themselves who are a very respectful bunch. Some of the instructors are HS maybe middle school, and you can tell they have learned a lot here and enjoy showing the younger ones how to be a good person as well as a competitor in a very respectful way.

Amazing place to train in Jiu Jitsu, and Taekwondo. Chief Master Henderson treats everyone like family, even us visiting students. The staff are all friendly, courteous, and amazing folks. I highly recommend this school!
