Normally I have to convince myself and wait until it's done and styled before I think it even looks remotely good, but not this time. He is very knowledgeable. Everyone that works there is friendly and they do their best to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your service. I love that they keep their door locked, people are crazy. The first time I went April did my knotless braids and the second time Kajha did them. I was happy both times. Also I’ve never had someone offer to wash and condition my hair before doing my braids.
