I will never go back. I can’t stand it when she leaves the relaxer on my hair to go and start on another clients hair at The shampoo bowl. Long story short I ended up going to another beautician who advised me that she over processed my hair. Beautiful results but long term hair health sucks.

My Mother went to this salon before our vacation and had the worst experience of her life. She was heavily convinced to get low lights that she strongly stated she did not want. They gave her a blunt cut across the back and styled her as if she was a teen. She was not allowed to see her hair until it was completely (yes, they turned the chair around) and to her disbelief it was nothing as she expected. Looking like a totally different woman she blurted out OH MY GOD and was quickly shushed with the comment "But it was a number 8!" The only 8 my Mother knows of is from McDonalds menu. She was ushered to the countered where they still expected her to pay, and the devil, not the angel, on her shoulder encouraged her to pay AND add a tip. SMH Moral of the store do not allow inexperienced hairdressers to persuade you into being a lab rat. Worst service ever.

Salon is always clean, she's very nice & professional. She gets you in & out. Also, follow guidelines of Covid19.

All of the ladies was funny happy and joyful, that was a blessing during this pandemic and trying times. I was pleased with my hair. I believe Nicole may be my new hair stylist.
